I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. Despite their claim of providing both hot and normal water, my experience was quite the opposite. The hot water in my room didn't work, despite multiple promises from the staff to fix it promptly. After waiting for an hour with no resolution, I was finally moved to another room where the hot water worked.
Additionally, the presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, the lack of proper amenities and poor responsiveness from the staff made my stay less than satisfactory.
